When I began this mural, the only clear images in my mind were of painting several white birds. Typically, I sketch out my murals beforehand and establish a clear vision of how the final piece will look. However, in this case, all I knew was that I needed to depict multiple species of white birds. I didn't even question why. I simply followed my heart and intuition. I started with a white peacock, then added white cranes and as I continued, the rest of the artwork gradually took shape, and each day, the message I wanted to express became clearer.
I chose to title this piece "Show Me How Good It Can Get" because every day I remind myself of this affirmation which is to align with the highest version of my potential. This artwork serves as a daily reminder to be the best I can be and to continually strive for growth and improvement.
