The path of grey figures represent toxic situations, people and bad attitudes. I added burnt out candles along the pathway to symbolize the end and letting go of the destructive path. The lit candle is the last candle to be burned out leaving all negativity behind. Ironically I finished this painting on Dec 31, 2018 just in time to start 2019 fresh.
